1. Our founder, attorney Tim Hsu, served as legal counsel for the Office of the President of Taiwan. On behalf of Academia Historica (a national history museum), he arranged the recovery of historical materials regarding Presidents Chiang Kai-Shek and Chiang Ching-Kuo from Stanford University (in Taiwan and the U.S.A.).

2. Reviewed employment contracts and settled disputes for the Italian Economic, Trade and Cultural Promotion Office relating to Italians investing and doing business in Taiwan.


3. Supervised the distribution of safety helmets branded by a Taiwanese-French partnership in France. Retrieved client’s funds successfully, reached a settlement, and negotiated an agreement allocating exclusive distribution rights in different regions of the world.

6.Conducted successful BOT (Build-Operate-Transfer) negotiation and arbitration for a well-known listed construction company.
