Tim Hsu began his legal career in 1994 as an attorney at law and patent agent, and he has been a commercial arbitrator since 1997. He started his practice at an international law firm in Taipei, with headquarters in Switzerland. Additionally, he gained valuable experience as an intern for Judge Kathianne Knaup at the United States Court of Appeals in Missouri.

With a J.S.D. degree from Washington University in St. Louis, Tim Hsu boasts extensive expertise in domestic and international law, civil procedure, and private international law. He is also a respected law professor at Chinese Culture University, where he has held prominent roles including Dean of the Law School, Director of the Law Department, and Dean of the School of Continuing Education.

Mr. Hsu has a strong track record in intellectual property rights protection, corporate investments, cross-border trade disputes, labor law, corporate restructuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of the HuaKang Law Foundation.

His professional achievements have been widely recognized. He was honored with the 2020 International Law Award by the International Advisory Experts (IAE), received a Certificate of Excellence in 2020 (Taiwan), was named Global Law Experts Recommended Lawyer in 2021 (Taiwan), and won the Corporate INTL Global Award in 2022 (Taiwan).
