A collection of essays by Tim Hsu, Washington Group’s chief senior counselor-- "The Brilliant Convergence of Law and Economics" -- was published on June 15.

The essay collection contains 13 papers on legal and economic analysis published by Tim Hsu over the course of his academic career, including 2 papers in English. This essay collection is not arranged by year of publication, but instead leads the reader on a step-by-step path toward understanding the method of legal and economic analysis. Brief additional comments before and after each paper propose questions for further thought. The author hopes to not only help readers learn the effects of legal and economic analysis, but also to encourage them to think more about other issues they can explore, and to reflect on the concept of legal and economic analysis itself.
