Juan Fernando Herrera Ramos started his career in law and human resources, showcasing a strong set of management skills through extensive work in multinational organizations. He has drafted various legal documents, such as contracts, non-disclosure agreements, conduct codes, and internal regulations for different companies. In addition to his professional practice, he has excelled in senior management roles, supporting various departments, and driving organizational growth and efficiency.

Fernando has served as a Senior Project Manager at Solomon Technology Corporation since April 2020, where he has supported the creation and implementation of several standard operations procedures and has collaborated with the Human Resources department in labor law issues. Previously, he worked as a Legal Specialist and HR Coordinator at Dong Huang International, where he improved legal processes, created internal rulebooks and HR policies, and enhanced conflict resolution within the organization. Before that, he served as a Legal Advisor at the Central American Corporation of Aero Navigation Services, representing the organization in administrative and legal procedures, managing administrative processes, and implementing standard contracts to increase efficiency.

He holds an MBA in International Human Resources Development from National Taiwan Normal University and a Bachelor in Law from the Catholic University of Honduras. He also studied Mandarin at the Mandarin Training Center, NTNU.
